By downloading or using Le Passeport mobile application, these terms will automatically apply to you. Please make sure to read them carefully before using the application.

You are not allowed to copy or modify the application, any part of the application, or our trademarks in any way. You are not authorized to attempt to extract the application's source code, nor should you try to translate the application into other languages or create derivative versions. The application itself, as well as all trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to OXYMORE LTÉE.

OXYMORE LTÉE is committed to ensuring that the application is as useful and efficient as possible. For this reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the application or charge for its services at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the application or its services without clearly specifying what you are paying for.

Le Passeport application stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, so that we can provide you with our Service. It is your responsibility to secure access to your phone and the application. Therefore, we recommend that you do not unlock or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by your device's official operating system. This could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses, compromise your phone's security features, and result in the malfunctioning of the Le Passeport application. The application uses third-party services that declare their own terms of use.

Some features of the mobile application require an active Internet connection (Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider). OXYMORE LTÉE cannot be held responsible if the application does not work as intended if you do not have access to Wi-Fi and if you run out of data.

If you use the application outside of a Wi-Fi zone, your mobile network provider may charge you for the data used during the application connection if your mobile data is not disabled on your phone. By using the application, you accept responsibility for these charges, including roaming charges if you use the application outside your home territory without disabling data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you are using the application, we assume that you have obtained permission from the bill payer to use the application.

OXYMORE LTÉE cannot take responsibility for how you use the application. You must ensure that your device remains charged - if it runs out of battery and you cannot turn it on to access the Service, OXYMORE LTÉE cannot accept responsibility.

Although we strive to ensure that the application is always up-to-date and correct, we rely on third parties to provide us with information so that we can make it available to you. OXYMORE LTÉE accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, that you may suffer as a result of your total reliance on this application feature.

OXYMORE LTÉE may, at any time, decide to update the application. The application is currently available on Android; system requirements may change, and you will need to download updates if you wish to continue using the application.

OXYMORE LTÉE cannot commit to always updating the application to make it relevant to you and/or to work with the Android version installed on your device. However, you agree to always accept updates to the application that are offered to you.

OXYMORE LTÉE may decide to stop providing the application and terminate its use at any time, without giving you prior notice of termination. Unless otherwise indicated by us, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you under these terms will terminate; (b) you must cease using the application and (if necessary) delete it from your device.
